Founded in 2010, our business provides integrated and tailored solutions for industrial infrastructure and multimodal logistics. We act by acquiring, developing, and applying intensive management to logistic, commercial, and industrial assets. All this in synergy with infrastructure close to ports, airports, railways, and investment hubs. We have over 2 million square meters of the gross leasable area under development, where we have added more than 100 members to our ecosystem in 10 years of operation.

Through CONE SUAPE, we impacted the generation of 6,300 direct jobs and approximately 16,000 indirect jobs, all related to the implementation of the projects, with the projection of generating 25 thousand permanent jobs by 2023.
The name Cone arose from the concept of Business Condominium and the reference of the geometric figure representing the convergence of logistical branches, consumption centers, industries, people, and opportunities. We are a multi-venture platform that goes far beyond providing quality spaces. We generate a business ecosystem that generates synergy through services and logistical skills, collaborating around resources, and growing together.
